The person who participates in decisions in a building or construction project continuously takes a position on a number of legal issues.

Although the decisions have different scope and significance for the overall course of the contract, the sum of decisions can have major consequences.

Most decisions are made by non-lawyers.

Here you will find an extensive knowledge base where we explain the most central and frequently occurring issues encountered - of a contract law nature.

The material is intended for non-lawyers, but lawyers will also benefit from it.

As of today, the knowledge base consists of a three-digit number of articles divided into 10 topics. You can read more about this here.

Most articles are also loaded and audio files can be played directly in the reader.

On the front page you can also see that we have prepared a language model (Chat-BPJ).

With this you can ask questions and get answers that are composed of all that is relevant in the articles of the knowledge base.

Chat bpj does not retrieve information from the web and it does not guess.

In sum, this ensures you a good quality of the information and advice you receive, which can be used in your daily work.

If you don't get an answer to what you're wondering, we probably haven't written about that particular topic.

That doesn't mean we can't help you.

In addition to articles, audio files and chat bpj, we have recorded a good number of teaching videos.

All content on the platform is updated as new, enforceable judgments of relevance are made. This ensures you as a user and subscriber qualitatively good answers.

There is ongoing work to prepare new thematic collections of relevance to the BAE industry.
